Justin began his journey as a DJ in 2019 as the manager of BYO Vinyl Night, a weekly open-format “bring your own vinyl” music experience held every Wednesday at Ad Astra Books & Coffee House in beautiful downtown Salina, Kansas. Justin’s approach to BYO Vinyl night is to explore the musical highway less traveled. You might hear some Top 40 hits sprinkled in but the focus is directed toward bringing new music and forgotten favorites to his audience.
Since 2019, in addition to BYOV, he’s been busy entertaining people all over the world via Twitch DJ sets, playing art shows, nightclubs and other special events across Kansas. In 2021 Justin played support and assisted with the production for Anjunabeats producer/DJ Oliver Smith at Pumphouse and beginning February 2022 is also producing Midday Melodic Mix on Thursdays at noon for JAMZ 99.3 KLZY in Salina, Kansas!
